Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical and electronic components according to work instructions and blueprints
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Label, package, and prepare products for shipment
Report defects, equipment issues, or material shortages to a supervisor
Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Assist with other production and assembly duties as needed
