Our clientele includes wellness-focused individuals, veterans receiving Community Care referrals, workers’ compensation clients, and individuals seeking long-term therapeutic care.
We are seeking a professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team as an Independent Contractor.

Position Overview
The ideal therapist is passionate about helping others, enjoys therapeutic bodywork, maintains professionalism, and values creating meaningful client relationships.
This position is best suited for therapists who enjoy a blend of relaxation and therapeutic work and are comfortable working with a variety of pain management and therapeutic client needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough client assessments and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate SOAP notes and client documentation
- Educate clients regarding self-care and treatment recommendations
- Maintain professional communication and client relationships
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled appointments
- Participate in maintaining a welcoming and relaxing spa environment
- Comply with all applicable Texas massage therapy regulations
Preferred Modalities
Experience in one or more of the following is appreciated:
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Therapeutic Massage
- Relaxation Massage
- Sports Massage
- Myofascial Techniques
- Gua Sha Therapy
- Hot Stone Therapy
- Cupping Therapy
Qualifications
- Active Texas Massage Therapy License
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and professionally
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Experience with SOAP note documentation required
Compensation
Independent Contractor Position
- Competitive commission-based compensation
- 100% of tips retained by therapist
