General Construction Laborer – Full-Time
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a full-time General Construction Laborer.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general construction and labor duties
- Load, unload, carry, and move construction materials
- Safely use ladders, hand tools, and basic construction equipment
- Assist with jobsite preparation and cleanup
- Work indoors and outdoors in hot and cold weather
- Follow instructions and maintain a safe, organized work area
- Complete other construction-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous construction experience is preferred
- Must be physically capable of lifting and performing general labor throughout the workday
- Must be comfortable climbing and working from ladders
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from work and assigned job locations
- Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work at the scheduled starting time
Probationary Period:
This position includes a 60-day probationary period. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential. Unexcused absences, repeated call-offs, or late arrivals during the probationary period may result in termination.
Dependability is extremely important for this position. Applicants should apply only if they can consistently report to work on time and complete the scheduled workday.
