Schedule Monday - Friday, full-time (Overtime as needed - we keep it fair and predictable)
What You'll Do

Perform residential plumbing service, maintenance, repairs, and installations

Diagnose and fix plumbing systems and fixtures to the highest standards

Read blueprints and ensure all work meets local codes and safety requirements

Deliver outstanding customer experiences on every job

Help shape processes and standards as our plumbing department grows

Work independently while being fully supported by a team that has your back
What You Need
-
Active Texas Journeyman Plumbing License

5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Strong communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to read blueprints and understand code requirements

Willingness to work in all weather conditions

Desire to grow into a Master Plumber and leadership role
