Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with friendly and efficient customer service.
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation adjustments using multi-line phone systems.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and account reconciliation.
- Address guest inquiries promptly via phone or in person, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks around the property, and controlling access to the hotel premises.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations to foster a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, especially in front desk or night audit roles.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
- Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is preferred to understand guest expectations thoroughly.
