At Land Ocean we are dedicated to a fresh high quality menu with hand crafted cocktails, extensive wine lists, craft beers and amazing upscale-casual ambiance with friendly professional service. We currently have 8 restaurants in our growing restaurant group. Land Ocean has built a reputation for quality and consistency with premium steaks, fresh seafood and rotisserie. We are looking for experienced and motivated team members. Line Cook
We are looking for hard working and dedicated restaurant professionals to join our team!
The ideal candidate will:
*Have the ability to develop positive working relationships with all team members and work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested
*Have the ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
*Be able to exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude, and provide exceptional customer service!
*Be able to adapt to changing business volume levels with a sense of urgency
*Have the ability to demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu
*Be able to follow instructions for recipes, steps of service and sanitation guidelines
*Be able to positively represent LAND OCEAN in the community
*Have the ability to WOW the guest and do everything you can to bring them back again
*Be over 18 years of age
