Regional Director of Dining Services
We are growing and expanding our team and are looking for a self-driven Regional Director of Dining Services to join our team!
This position’s responsibility is providing leadership and support in the area of food and dining services by ensuring consistent execution and delivery of products, identifying irregularities, procedure compliance, HACCP, menu, and inventory compliance.
Essential Job Functions (not all inclusive)
- Traveling up to 75% of the time to meet with clients and conduct on-site assessments
· Major focus on Budget Containment, Regulatory Compliance & Customer Satisfaction for Customer Group
· Implement all SourceTech “Best Practices”
· Train Managers on how to reach budgetary goals (Food, Non-food & Labor)
· Conduct meetings (weekly, quarterly, annually, etc.) with all the Dietary Managers to train and communicate company standards
· Educate Managers on new and current regulatory issues
· Train and in-service managers on new dining programs
· Train facility team members (Customer Experience designee) how to conduct and implement Resident Satisfaction Surveys
· Complete Annual QA’s prior to their annual surveys
· Assist in the final phase of selecting new Dietary Managers
· Conduct facility visits to monitor compliance with:
o Written menu
o Budgetary goals
o Sanitation
o Implementation of Dining Programs
o Meal Delivery
o Orders and Inventory
Education/Experience
5 years of experience in a related role (Required)
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
Certificates/Licenses
Sanitation and Safety License (Preferred)
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM, CFPP) (Required)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
