Responsibilities (may vary depending on skill and experience):
Metal Stud Framing: Skillfully assemble and erect metal stud framing systems for diverse commercial projects. Ensure structures are aligned, securely anchored, and consistent with blueprints and design specifications, while upholding the highest standards of workmanship and structural integrity.
Drywall Installation and Finishing: Measure, cut, and install drywall , ensuring seamless joints. Skillfully apply joint compound, tape, and finish to provide a smooth surface, ready for finish.
Commercial Ceiling Systems: Install various types of commercial ceiling systems, ensuring alignment, stability, and aesthetic appeal.
Commercial Door Frames and Hardware: Accurately set up and secure commercial doors and frames, including the installation of related hardware such as handles, locks, and closers.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order and fit for the specific task at hand.
Depending on skill level and the desire for additional responsibility, additional tasks may include:
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and drawings to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Open to carpenters of all experience levels, from beginners eager to learn to seasoned professionals with extensive experience in the commercial sector, especially in areas of metal stud framing, drywall, commercial ceiling systems, and door installations.
- Tool and Equipment Proficiency: While we welcome carpenters with a range of expertise, we place a strong emphasis on the ability to proficiently use carpentry tools and equipment designed for commercial projects. A commitment to refining these skills and ensuring top-notch execution is highly valued.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction materials, processes, and equipment.

- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively, especially when coordinating with other specialties.
