The Equipment Specialist manages and maintains all CTS equipment across all training sites. This includes maintaining an accurate inventory, coordinating the use of specific equipment, and arranging delivery. This position is also responsible for performing proper preventative maintenance and repairs on CTS equipment as needed.
1. Coordinate scheduling of CTS facilities and equipment.
2. Responsible for the delivery of equipment to CTS training sites.
3. Schedule routine preventative maintenance on all CTS equipment.
4. Troubleshoot equipment as needed, coordinate repairs and order parts if necessary.
5. Maintain accurate inventory of CTS lab supplies and equipment through utilization of inventory management software.
6. Maintain CTS storeroom.
7. Maintain the storage, lending, and return of all textbooks.
8. Coordinate maintenance and repairs on all CTS vehicles.
9. Manage the scheduling of CTS vehicles for coordinators, instructors, and other college employees.
10. All other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PUBLIC CONTACT
Position will interact with business & industry personnel, NSCC and other college personnel, and the general public.
