Schedule: Part-Time (10–15 hours/week; up to 20–25 hours/week during peak periods)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Management Review Specialist to support our Global Quality organization on a 6-month contract. This part-time role is responsible for supporting Quarterly Executive Management Reviews by compiling quality data, developing executive-level presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional global teams. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Veeva QMS, Quality Management Systems, and executive reporting within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze quality data to support Quarterly Executive Management Reviews.
- Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations with input from global business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global Quality teams to complete deliverables on schedule.
- Review Quality System reports and dashboards within Veeva QMS.
- Provide support for Quality Management System processes, including:
- Deviations
- CAPA
- Change Control
- Document Control
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of quality documentation and reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Systems and Management Review within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related regulated industry.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva QMS.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation development.
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Document Control processes.
- Experience preparing executive-level quality metrics and management review presentations.
- Ability to manage deliverables from multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
