Job Summary:
Loading and unloading pipe to/from incoming vehicles and/or lines. Stacking them to assigned places. Locating and moving stock of products for storage or shipment. Identifying damages and reporting shortages or quality deficiencies. Forklift operators are responsible for ensuring all loads.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
· Loading and unloading pipe up to 80 ft. long · Racking pipe in the yard, organizing, and keeping the yard in order · At least 2 years of sit-down forklift experience (50-100 ton) · Must have knowledge of steel pipe. · Must have experience in loading and unloading pipes from truck beds. · To maintain general housekeeping in the work area · Other duties as assigned by Team Lead / Supervisor · Must be able to use basic math and have excellent communication skills when working with all orders, following instructions, and keeping records.

Education and/or Experience:
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating a forklift. Previous experience with heavy duty lifts (up to 100k) is preferred. Experience with overhead crane operation is a plus as well. Must be able to pass forklift certification. Candidate must be able to work with limited supervision. High degree of awareness of safety; ability to comply with all safety rules and regulations. Individuals must wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
