Seeking an experienced and strategic Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition initiatives supporting operations, manufacturing, maintenance, technical, and professional hiring needs. This individual will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, develop proactive sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines for both immediate and future workforce demands, and partner closely with business leaders to ensure hiring goals are achieved.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading recruiting teams within manufacturing, mining, energy, industrial, construction, or other operational environments, with a strong track record of high-volume recruiting, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team.

Establish recruiting goals, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational objectives.

Collaborate with operational managers to identify current and future workforce needs.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for operations, maintenance, skilled trades, engineering, technical, and professional positions.

Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination.

Develop relationships with recruiting agencies, workforce development organizations, military transition programs, trade schools, and apprenticeship programs.

Represent the company at career fairs, community events, hiring events, and industry conferences.

Strengthen employer branding efforts to attract top talent and promote career opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.

Experience recruiting in manufacturing, mining, industrial, energy, construction, or similar operational environments.

Demonstrated success recruiting for skilled trades, maintenance, operations, engineering, and technical positions.

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Experience utilizing recruiting metrics and workforce data to drive hiring decisions.

Ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships across all organizational levels.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

Knowledge of labor market trends impacting industrial and skilled-trade recruiting.
