As a Network Consulting Engineer, you are at the forefront of helping customers realize the full value of Cisco IQ, leading everything from technical briefings and platform demonstrations to onboarding and integration within their network environments.
Organization's Background
Customer Experience (CX) is the broader organizational strategy focused on improving the entire customer journey before, during, and after a purchase to create satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value. The CX Delivery (Professional Services) team contributes to all phases across the Land, Adopt, Expand and Renew (LAER) model to support ongoing customer value, growth, and help secure renewals.

Cisco IQ Onboarding & Integration
Provide critical focus on onboarding and integrating Cisco IQ in the customer network
Deliver demos, live walk throughs, and enablement sessions covering all features of Cisco IQ applications (Assets, Assessments, Support, and AI Assistant), helping customers understand and maximize their Support Tier capabilities (Basic, Standard, Signature).
Guide customers through end-to-end Cisco IQ onboarding, including account creation, CX Cloud migration (where relevant), data connector setup (Catalyst Center, Intersight, Meraki, SD-WAN, Webex Control Hub), and Cisco IQ Link deployment, ensuring customers can navigate the Launchpad, manage users, link service contracts, and configure resource/user groups.
Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Support, Product Management) to communicate customer feedback and remove integration blockers.
Required Qualifications:
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $20.80/hour - $32.51/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
