Someone who solves problems before they become emergencies.
Someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do.
At Swiss Property Management Group, we're building one of the fastest-growing property management companies in Central Ohio. We manage hundreds of residential properties for investors across the country, and we're looking for exceptional people who want to grow with us—not just collect a paycheck.
If you're motivated by accountability, leadership, continuous improvement, and making a real impact every day, keep reading.
About the Role
As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties while delivering an exceptional experience to both property owners and residents.
You'll work alongside our Operations, Leasing, Maintenance, Accounting, and Owner Relations teams to ensure every property is professionally managed, every client feels supported, and every issue is handled with urgency and care.
