In this position, you will review recorded video footage from surveillance cameras to identify and locate specific activities. SentriForce has video surveillance cameras on hundreds of construction sites, apartment complexes and retail locations and more. Review incoming requests related to reported incidents (e.g., vehicle breakins, theft, physical assault).

WARNING: Please be aware that this role may involve viewing explicit material, although it is not a frequent occurrence. In some cases, we may review footage related to serious incidents like homicides, vehicular accidents, or other graphic activities.

Analyze recorded camera footage to locate and identify relevant activities.

Communicate via email and phone calls with clients, law enforcement, and internal sales representatives to intake requests and ask qualifying questions.

Edit multiple video surveillance clips into a comprehensive video.

Utilize Windows Operating System, our Customer Relationship Management webpage, and various video surveillance playback software proficiently.

Schedule: WednesdaySunday 3pm to 11pm

Training Schedule: MondayFriday 10am to 6pm for first 2 weeks

This is an inperson fulltime position 40 hours a week.
