Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shift Manager / ForeMan to lead our team through dynamic daily operations in an Incontinence Manufacturing Factory. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily production operations across various departments, including Packaging, Material and Quality Control Services.
- Lead and motivate staff by providing clear direction, training, and ongoing support to ensure high-quality production delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all cleaning and management activities.
- Oversee team scheduling, task delegation, and performance evaluations to optimize productivity
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to guarantee safety, quality, and efficiency
- Manage inventory of Production & Raw material supplies, equipment maintenance, and follow up with the procurement department.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Experience
- Proven supervisory / Foreman experience in manuafacturing industry , or related fields.
- Strong background in leading a team of multiple departments with adherance to achieve production deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of safety norms in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and coordinate with other departments
