Print Estimator / Customer Solutions Specialist Join the Team at Ignite Graphics Group
Ignite Graphics Group is seeking an experienced Print Estimator with Customer service focus to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate understands commercial printing, enjoys solving production challenges, and can accurately estimate projects while providing exceptional customer service. This position plays a key role in helping customers receive fast, competitive, and accurate quotations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates for commercial printing projects, including offset, digital, wide format, mailing, fulfillment, and finishing.
- Review customer specifications and determine the most efficient production method.
- Work closely with sales, customer service, prepress, and production to ensure accurate job planning.
- Obtain pricing from outside vendors when required.
- Prepare job tickets and production specifications.
- Monitor estimate turnaround times and meet customer deadlines.
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and production efficiencies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience estimating commercial print projects.
- Knowledge of offset, digital, and wide format printing processes.
- Familiarity with paper grades, bindery, mailing, fulfillment, and finishing operations.
- Experience with estimating or MIS software (EFI Pace, PrintSmith, Logic, GoMake, or similar).
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Pay: $60,208.89 - $65,000.00 per year
