Our agents are licensed in their states, trained from the ground up, and supported by a team that has actually built this business. Some of them had no background in finance or insurance before they started. A few of them replaced their full-time income within their first year.
This is commission-only. That is the downside for people who need a guaranteed check. It is the upside for people who are tired of a ceiling on what they can earn.
Who this is built for:
You have worked in sales, real estate, teaching, the trades, coaching, the military, or any job where you worked directly with people and actually cared about doing it well.
You are done trading your time for a fixed amount that never changes no matter how hard you work.
You want to build something of your own, not just fill a seat.
You can commit real time to this, especially in the first 90 days.
You are open to getting licensed in your state. We help with that.

Pay: $37,500.00 - $140,000.00 per year
