This is a full-time permanent position offering comprehensive employee benefits. It is a 100% on-site role, and we do not provide remote or hybrid work options.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy cloud and desktop Power Automate flows (RPA and API integrations)
- Connect workflows across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams) and third-party applications using custom connectors and APIs
- Analyze current business processes and translate requirements into optimized, automated solutions
- Monitor flow performance, implement robust error handling, and provide ongoing production support
- Train end-users and create technical documentation for supported workflows
- Learn and implement other agentic automation
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Automate
- Strong understanding of Power Apps, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with Python and API development is a plus
