The Warehouse Support Specialist is a hands-on, cross-trained team member responsible for supporting all aspects of daily warehouse operations. This position plays a critical role in inspecting, documenting, detailing, and staging vehicles - with a strong emphasis on powersports knowledge and accuracy in reporting.
This role requires someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment. The Warehouse Support Specialist must be willing to jump in wherever needed - from vehicle inspections and customer pickups to general labor and equipment operation - to help the team meet daily goals.
Success in this role depends on reliability, accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small warehouse team.

Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, etc.) required.

Valid driver’s license with ability to safely operate and move a variety of vehicles.

Experience inspecting vehicles and accurately documenting condition details preferred.

Comfortable using a smartphone to complete reports, upload photos, and verify VIN/mileage.

Strong attention to detail with solid spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills when completing reports and customer communication.

Ability to perform physical labor and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Must be highly reliable, punctual, and dependable — this role requires consistent attendance and accountability.
