Responsibilities
- Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining space.
- Assist servers with food running, refilling beverages, and attending to guest needs to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area by bussing tables, sweeping floors, and organizing service stations.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation tasks when needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing when required.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest requests promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and basic food preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Experience with bussing, serving, or banquet service enhances your candidacy.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are vital for guest interactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
