Thompson Heating & Cooling is hiring a full-time HVAC Lead Installer in Page, Arizona.

Pay
- $28–$30 per hour, depending on experience
- $375/day flat-rate option
- Paid whichever is higher: hourly pay or flat rate for the day

What We’re Looking For
We need an experienced installer who can lead HVAC install jobs, work clean, communicate clearly, and help train helpers/installers.
Requirements
- HVAC install experience required
- Lead installer experience preferred
- Ability to lead a helper or small crew
- Reliable attendance
- Clean, professional workmanship
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- EPA certification preferred

This position is based in Page, Arizona.
