We're looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who take pride in their work and want to build a career—not just another job. No experience? No problem. We provide paid training and teach you everything from professional squeegee techniques to water-fed pole systems, ladder safety, customer service, and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Clean interior and exterior windows to a streak-free finish.
- Remove screens, clean tracks, sills, and window frames.
- Use professional equipment including water-fed pole systems, deionized water filtration, ladders, extension poles, and traditional window cleaning tools.
- Perform occasional gutter cleaning, soft washing, pressure washing, and other exterior cleaning services.
- Inspect completed work to ensure Elite-quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and business owners.
- Safely set up ladders and equipment at each job site.
- Keep company equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Take before-and-after photos when required.
- Recommend additional services when appropriate (no aggressive sales).
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to work.
- Able to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in hot, cold, and wet conditions.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights up to 40 feet.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience
Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, construction, roofing, landscaping, painting, general labor, or customer service is a plus—but not required. We hire for attitude and train for skill.
