Lakes Area Tree Guys is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team. Experience in tree care, climbing, CDL driving, or crew leadership is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
This is an outdoor, year-round position working in all seasons and weather conditions. Candidates should be comfortable working in heat, cold, wind, rain, and snow while performing physically demanding work in a team environment.
We also take pride in operating some of the best, well-maintained, modern equipment in the industry, including high-quality bucket trucks, grapple trucks, mini loaders, chippers, chainsaws, stump grinders, and other specialized tools that help our crews work safely, efficiently, and professionally.
Responsibilities include:
● Assisting with all aspects of professional tree care operations
● Operating and working around equipment such as bucket trucks, grapple trucks, mini loaders, chippers, chainsaws, stump grinders, and other specialized tools
● Performing tree removal, pruning, and rigging tasks in accordance with ANSI industry standards
● Maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and job site professionalism
● Supporting crew leaders and foremen in daily production goals
● Loading, hauling, and cleanup of brush, logs, and job site debris
● Communicating effectively with team members and customers when needed
