advanced practice clinician to join our dynamic team at the Virtua Health & Wellness Center in Camden, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment dedicated to improving community health outcomes. The APC will deliver comprehensive primary and/or specialty care services, promote preventive health, and support Virtua's mission to help people be well, get well, and stay well.
Key Responsibilities-
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

Develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Order, interpret, and utilize diagnostic tests appropriately

Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with New Jersey regulations
-
Provide patient education, counseling, and preventive health services
-
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
-
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health efforts
Qualifications-
Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program

Current New Jersey licensure as an NP or PA
-
Board certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, or equivalent)

DEA certification (or eligibility)
-
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates may be considered depending on specialty)

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary of $70 to $85 hourly.
