The ideal candidate will have:

At least 2 years of Property Management experience

At least 2 years of supervisory experience

A minimum of 2 years of Section 42 Tax Credit experience

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

Weekend availability as needed and the ability to participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies
As Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the community, including occupancy, financial performance, resident satisfaction, compliance, and team leadership.
