Experienced Laborer – Excavation & Playground Installation
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Laborer to join our growing excavation and playground installation team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on construction sites, operating hand and power tools, performing excavation-related tasks, and assisting with the installation of commercial and residential playground equipment.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with site preparation, grading, and excavation projects.
* Install playground equipment, safety surfacing, and site amenities.
* Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
* Perform digging, trenching, backfilling, and general labor tasks.
* Read and follow project plans and specifications.
* Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely.
* Assist equipment operators and skilled tradespeople as needed.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
* Travel to job sites as required.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of construction, excavation, landscaping, or related labor experience.
* Experience with playground installation is preferred but not required.
* Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs.
* Knowledge of construction site safety practices.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule:
* Monday through Friday
* Occasional overtime and weekend

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
