Job Description:
Arcadia Landscape is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead to oversee daily maintenance routes across residential and commercial properties in the Tucson area. This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead by example and take pride in consistent, quality work.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a small crew on scheduled landscape maintenance routes

Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general upkeep

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

Communicate with team members and occasionally with customers

Operate and drive company vehicles as needed
What You Bring:

At least 6 months of landscape maintenance experience

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to lead, stay organized, and keep crews on schedule

Dependable, reliable, and strong work ethic
Pay: $15.50 – $17.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time
