Job Summary
Join our growing custom products team as an Assembly & Warehouse Operative in Ogden, earning $20-$30/hour based on experience. Work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM in a stable day shift role that combines hands-on assembly work with warehouse operations.
What You'll Do
- Assemble electro-mechanical units, cables, and wiring using hand and power tools
- Build sub-assemblies and complete products following technical specifications
- Pick products and build pallets for safe transportation and assembly
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight
- Pack small parts for shipment and create accurate shipping labels
- Label, weigh, and dimensionalize freight for shipping
- Maintain exceptional quality standards and accurate production records
- Perform daily cleanup and enter job data into computer systems
What You Bring
Required:
- 4+ years of light manufacturing or assembly experience
- Knowledge of hand and power tools used in assembly work
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with small components
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable communication skills and self-motivated work style
Preferred:
- Technical training, military experience, or trade school certifications
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Standard forklift certification
- Experience working in warehouse environments

Pay & Compensation
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour based on skills and experience
