Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting and serving every guest with professionalism and genuine warmth.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of our food, beverage, and cocktail menus while confidently making recommendations.
- Inform guests of daily features, seasonal offerings, and promotions.
- Provide attentive, personalized service throughout each guest's dining experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support restaurant operations by assisting with food running, answering telephones, clearing and resetting tables, and other duties as assigned.
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work, including rolling silverware, stocking stations, and preparing dining areas for service.
- Work collaboratively with hosts, bartenders, bussers, food runners, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and company standards throughout each shift.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of serving experience in a fine dining restaurant preferred.
- Open availability is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Guest-focused with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Current Washington State Food Worker Card required or ability to obtain prior to employment.
Working Conditions
Servers spend the majority of their shift on their feet in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. The position requires the ability to multitask, remain composed under pressure, and work collaboratively with both front and back of house team members to ensure exceptional guest service.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout an eight-hour shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, and serve trays weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and move efficiently throughout the restaurant.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- $17.13/hour plus tips in a high-volume restaurant.
