The Material Handler for E-commerce plays a pivotal role in delivering an unparalleled customer experience by preparing and shipping orders with accuracy and efficiency. As an essential part of our production team, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, from receiving finished goods to ensuring correct inventory shipment. This role demands agility, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements:
Role and Responsibilities / Essential Functions

Order Fulfillment: Execute daily order fulfillment tasks, including picking merchandise, labeling boxes, and shipping orders.

Finished Goods Handling: Manage the warehouse's storage and transfer of finished products, utilizing inventory management systems for accurate tracking.

Order Management: Actively monitor open orders and intervene to rectify issues, ensuring customers receive the correct product.

Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and collaborate with operations to reconcile any discrepancies.

Equipment Operation: Utilize equipment such as sit-down forklifts, scan guns, pallet jacks, and Walkie riders (training provided) for the receipt and shipment of goods.

Warehouse Support: Participate in other warehouse tasks as needed to support overall operations.
Required Skills / Abilities / Competencies

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in problem-solving with an ability to make independent decisions.

Self-starter who can work independently.

Ability to communicate effectively across various levels of management and with customers.

Familiarity with UPS & FedEx shipping systems is an advantage.

2-3 years' experience in sit down forklift.
Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in roles involving customer service, warehouse management, or order fulfillment is preferred.
