Facilities Asset Manager - LCG Capital Management | Ferguson, MO | Full-Time | On-Site
About the role
LCG Capital Management is transforming a nearly one-million-square-foot campus in Ferguson into something worth talking about. The site currently houses office space and a data center, with active operations that have to keep running through an 80% redevelopment.
We need a Facilities Asset Manager who can hold two things at once: protecting what's operating today and actively participating in what gets built tomorrow. You'll manage the campus's physical operations, critical infrastructure, and vendor relationships while working closely with the development and ownership team as the redevelopment advances.
This role is on-site in Ferguson. You'll be the face of LCG on the ground and the first call when something goes sideways.
What you'll do
- Oversee day-to-day operations across the full campus, keeping office and data center spaces running at a high standard through an active construction environment
- Manage critical data center infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling, and redundancy systems. Uptime is non-negotiable.
- Serve as the operational liaison to the development team, protecting active tenants and systems as demolition and construction phases roll out
- Build and manage operating and capital budgets, distinguishing between what gets maintained now and what folds into the redevelopment scope
- Source and manage all service contractors, specialty vendors, and on-site trades
- Keep tenants informed and protected during construction through proactive, clear communication
- Ensure the campus meets all code, permitting, environmental, and safety requirements across both operational and construction zones
- Own all major building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and data center MEP
What you bring
- 7+ years in facilities or property management, with experience on large single-campus or multi-building environments (500K+ SF preferred)
- Hands-on experience managing data centers or mission-critical facilities, including power, UPS systems, and cooling infrastructure
- Experience operating facilities through active construction or major redevelopment with tenants in place
- Strong command of building systems: HVAC, MEP, fire/life safety, and electrical distribution
- Ability to develop and manage both operating and capital budgets across a complex, transitioning asset
- Confident communicator with tenants, contractors, and ownership-level stakeholders
- Relevant certifications a plus: CFM, CPM, FMP, CDCP, or equivalent
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms and facilities management software
Who you are
You've managed through complexity before, and you know the difference between a problem that needs solving now and one that needs a plan. You take ownership seriously and don't need someone looking over your shoulder to do the right thing.
