What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support recruiting activities including resume review, candidate tracking, and follow-up
Assist with references, interview logistics, and recruiting administration
Maintain applicant tracking system data and recruiting records
Support campus recruiting, intern hiring, and other talent initiatives
Help ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

What We're Looking For
Experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, administrative support, or talent acquisition
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting systems
Ability to work effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
What Stands Out
Prior recruiting coordinator or HR coordinator experience
ATS experience
Campus recruiting support experience
Experience managing complex scheduling and high-volume activity
