Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role as a Food Manager Certification Course Instructor located in Springfield, Peoria and Normal, IL. The classes are one-day certification courses from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. The ideal candidate can teach 3-4 classes each month and would be willing to sub for classes in other surrounding areas.
The role involves delivering food safety training courses, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and instructing on topics like food safety, personal hygiene, best management practices and more.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Food Safety knowledge
- Experience in food safety training or certification
- Strong communication and presentation skills
