Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities across multiple car wash locations, ensuring smooth operations at each site.
- Drive sales and growth at each site
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to foster a productive team environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of all sites to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
- Implement operational improvements to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly with a positive attitude while maintaining professionalism.
Requirements
- Proven supervising or management experience in car wash industry with emphasis on driving sales and site growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members across multiple locations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
