Precision Soldering — Perform through‑hole and surface‑mount soldering on circuit boards and electronic components.
Component Assembly — Assemble wiring, connectors, harnesses, and small electronic parts according to production specifications.
Quality Inspection — Inspect solder joints, component placement, and assemblies for defects or non‑conformance.
Blueprint & Work Instruction Reading — Follow detailed schematics, diagrams, and assembly instructions with accuracy.
Testing & Documentation — Perform basic functional tests and record production data as required.
Soldering Experience — Prior soldering or electronics assembly experience strongly preferred.
Fine Motor Skills — Ability to work with small components and maintain consistent precision.
Technical Reading — Comfortable reading schematics, diagrams, and written instructions.
Quality Focus — Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing defect‑free work.
Physical Capability — Able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
