Job Purpose:
Provides an exceptional experience to each customer that contacts our company through phone, email or client-facing contact, while striving to complete the appointment scheduling in an efficient and detailed manner. Assists the vision of the company by accomplishing set goals in addition to delivering our 10 serving basics with each customer interaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists with administrative expectations and reporting.
- Receiving all incoming phone calls/make outbound calls/email communication.
- Manage confirmations of all Design Consultations and Installation confirmations.
- Responsible for first response to all incoming phone calls to the office.
- Answer customer inquiries and deliver general product knowledge (via phone, email or client facing)
- A highly motivated, can-do, team-oriented attitude
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Communicates politely, clearly, and professionally with customers.
- Self-motivated; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- 1-2 years’ experience working as a customer service representative, preferably within a luxury brand environment.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, CRM platforms.
- Calendar management/regional scheduling a plus!
Working Conditions:
Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
