What You’ll Do
- Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Treat guests in a manner to ensure their expectations are exceeded
- Utilize RESY for reservations and the seating program
- Observe tables and keep track of clean, dirty, and occupied tables
- Take guest information and quote wait times accurately when tables are not immediately available
- Clean, organize, and stock menus at host area
- Answer questions concerning the menu and restaurant over the phone
- Interact with incoming guests and departing guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Fill to go orders if applicable
- Maintain restrooms throughout the shift
- Perform other duties as assigned
