We are currently looking for Residential Installers to our growing team.

Responsibilities
- Install residential equipment in new construction homes and existing homes
- Use hand and power tools to fabricate, cut, fit, and mount materials; operate tools safely and maintain equipment.
- Coordinate with team to ensure proper sequencing, quality, and adherence to timelines; inspect work for defects and perform basic corrections.
- Diagnose basic issues and implement appropriate fixes within scope of work.
- Maintain site safety, manage materials, and document progress for project managers.

Pay Range: DOE We will pay top dollar based on your skill set.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Must pass drug and background screens
- 2+ years' commercial or residential install experience
- HVAC training preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
