What You’ll Do
- Provide direct, hands-on nursing care in a skilled nursing setting
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Assist in developing and following individualized care plans
- Support and collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members
- Create a warm, respectful environment for residents and families
What We’re Looking For
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
- Compassionate approach to resident care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required

- 7am to 3pm LPN Monday Thru Friday
