Outreach Health is looking for an exceptional Senior Leader to lead and inspire our Panhandle Region across six offices. This is not a “maintain the status quo” role. The Opportunity
As the senior operational leader for the Panhandle Region, the Administrator, you will provide leadership and oversight across six offices, partnering with local teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients, families, and caregivers. This is a daily, on-site role.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of leaders across six locations
- Drive operational performance, growth, quality and financial results

- Partner with executive leadership on regional strategy and execution
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers and community partners
- Travel throughout the region, including occasional overnight travel

Required:
- Recent experience as an Administrator or Alternate Administrator (Must Have) and meets the Texas state requirements for this role.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and driving operational performance along with growth initiatives
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and influence key performance metrics
- A track record of developing leaders and holding teams accountable
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the region, including overnight travel when needed
- A leadership style that balances high expectations with empathy and respect
