Garage Organizer / Team Member
Garage Raiders – Houston, TX
Pay:
- Garage Organizer in training: $19/hour
- Experienced Garage Organizer: $20–$21/hour
- Lead in training: $21–$22/hour
- Team Lead / Senior Team Lead: $23–$25/hour, based on experience, performance, and responsibilities.
- Driving time: $15/hr
- Travel time: $13/hr
- Tips, bonuses, and commissions available
- PTO available after 6 months for strong performers

What You’ll Do
- Empty and sort garage contents into organized categories
- Work directly with homeowners during the organizing process
- Deep clean garages (vacuuming, dusting, pressure washing, mopping)
- Install shelves, ceiling racks, cabinets, and storage systems
- Reorganize items into clean, accessible systems
- Load donations and trash when needed
- Drive company vans safely and professionally (team leads)
This is hands-on physical work performed at customers’ homes throughout the Houston area.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with physical labor and lifting 75+ lbs
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented and able to take direction
- Clean driving record and valid Texas driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
