Role is RN Circulator, focusing on intraoperative and perioperative nursing practice

Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week

On-call responsibilities are required on a regular scheduled rotation

Travelers may be floated to other departments where qualified before core staff is floated

Active RN license in the state of Oregon required

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC

Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred

Ability to perform a variety of duties, frequently shifting between tasks of different natures without loss of efficiency

No minimum years of experience stated; previous RN circulator experience is preferred

Completion of Peri-op 101 course preferred

Serves as patient advocate throughout the surgical continuum, ensuring correct site/side/level verification, specimen management, and infection prevention

Documents nursing care accurately and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams

CNOR certification is preferred
