Responsibilities

- Collect valuable data during events and customer interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts.
- Manage social media accounts by sharing event updates, engaging followers, and amplifying brand visibility online.
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized service, addressing questions, handling objections, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Support event marketing initiatives by coordinating logistics, setting up displays, and ensuring a lively atmosphere that draws attention.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to deliver public speaking engagements or product presentations with confidence and clarity.
- Assist in capturing customer feedback to enhance future campaigns and improve overall brand perception.
