Job Summary
IFCS is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English, possess strong computer and communication skills, and be comfortable answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting clients with credential evaluation and translation services.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients professionally
- Respond to emails and customer inquiries in English and Spanish
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Prepare, proofread, and organize documents
- Assist with filing, scanning, and office organization
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Support bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Assist management with special projects and daily office operations
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in an office, receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
