Internship Opportunity
DiamondPoint Contractors is seeking a motivated Project Manager / Estimator Intern to join our growing team. This internship is designed for individuals who want real-world experience in residential and commercial construction, project management, customer service, estimating, and business operations.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll work alongside experienced professionals while learning every stage of the construction process—from the first customer call to project completion.
Responsibilities
* Assist with residential and commercial project estimates
* Conduct property inspections and job-site evaluations
* Learn material takeoffs and labor calculations
* Build professional proposals and scopes of work
* Coordinate subcontractors and project schedules
* Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients
* Track project progress and document daily updates
* Maintain organized project files and photos
* Learn construction best practices, safety procedures, and quality standards
* Assist with customer follow-up and project closeout
* Participate in sales, business development, and relationship building

* Construction experience is helpful but not required
