What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates with:
- A strong work ethic and a passion for outdoor work in all seasons.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
- Reliable transportation to work and a solid attendance record.
- Previous lawn care experience (minimum 1 year); additional training for the right candidate.
- Non-compromising integrity in all situations.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- The ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate lawn care machinery.
- A commitment to safety and the environment.
- The desire and ability to exceed production goals and delivery excellent customer service.
