Business Development Manager
Build the Rhode Island Market for All Dry Services
Outside Sales | Company Vehicle | $60,000-$70,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity
As our Business Development Manager, you'll become the face of All Dry Services throughout Rhode Island.
Your focus is simple:
Develop relationships.
Create opportunities.
Become the first call when disaster strikes.
You'll work with professionals including:

Insurance agents and adjusters

Property managers
-
Facility managers
-
Commercial building owners
-
Plumbers
-
HVAC contractors
-
General contractors
-
Municipal organizations
-
Local business leaders
These relationships don't produce one transaction.
They produce business for years.
What Your Week Looks Like
You'll spend most of your time in the field.
Typical activities include:

Meeting prospective referral partners

Visiting existing accounts

Expanding your professional network

Conducting educational presentations

Attending business networking events

Prospecting new commercial relationships

Managing follow-up and pipeline activity

Coordinating with operations to deliver outstanding customer experiences

Who Excels Here
We're looking for someone who:

Is eligible to work in the United States

Can travel to appointments within an assigned territory

Experience using a CRM to track referral partners and follow-up activity is a plus

Experience with email outreach tools is a plus

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus
Experience That Transfers Well

2+ years of experience in relationship-based B2B selling is helpful

2+ years of experience developing referral partner relationships is helpful
