VIP Bar & Bistro is a bar with Oregon Lottery games ready to welcome team members with excellent customer service, cash handling, time management, team work, bartending, and lottery experience to attend to our guests.

At VIP Bar & Bistro, our Guests are welcomed to a clean, relaxing, and safe environment to play Oregon Lottery, dine-in, or have a beverage. Our Guests can expect to receive exceptional service and have a fun and relaxing time while staying in our establishment.
Requirements:
-Must be 21 years of age and have valid Food Handlers and OLCC cards
-Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule
-Accurate and efficient cash handling is performed at all times
-Excellent customer service, food preparation skills, and beverage preparation.
-Complies with all state and federal regulations regarding the sales of Lottery and alcohol products
Duties:
-Taking food and beverage orders for guests and ensures that food and beverage orders are delivered in a timely manner and presentation
-Ensures proper payment for Lottery and food+beverage orders by reviewing lottery tickets and guest check before delivering to guests
-Cleaning, stocking, and maintaining the establishment throughout shift and after completion of service
-Following all cash handling procedures and policies
-Responsibly serving alcohol that follow OLCC rules and guidelines
-Must be able to meet the shift’s needs of fluctuating business demands
-Performing other duties as assigned including, but not limited to restocking food/beverage and supplies, cleaning counters, shelves, equipment, etc.
-Responsible for ensuring that every Guest is delighted with their experience at our location members must have positive Guest interactions to ensure that Guests are not only satisfied, but, delighted with their experience, whether playing lottery, dining in, or enjoying a beverage
-Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
-Educate guests on menu, lottery, and other products
-Follow VIP Bar & Bistro's cash handling policies and procedures
-Always maintain the cleanliness of the location, including all Guest and Team member accessible areas
-Perform inventory counts, including cash, lottery products, alcohol, and food
-Ensure that video lottery machines, tables, and seats are wiped down between each Guest
-Gives a warm farewell and invites Guests to return
-Must be able to communicate and work with a variety of people and personalities in a positive manner.
- Needs to be Guest-sensitive and possess a sense of timing and be able to multi-task so Guest needs are met in a timely manner.
-Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Experience:
-Bartending: 1 year (Preferred)
-Lottery: 1 year (Preferred)
-Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
-Cash handling: 1 year (Preferred)
