What You’ll Do
- Connect with customers to resolve delinquent accounts and bring them current.
- Process payments and update account records with precision.
- Follow up on unpaid accounts and recommend next steps.
- Keep detailed records and maintain account status updates.

- Experience in collections, billing, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and professional.
- A knack for building rapport and navigating tough conversations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
